The other day I really won the Lottery for the first time a Police Person help me out
I still cannot believe they did this

The other day about 5 o'clock 3 policemen and 2 policewomen came
One policeman stayed across the street the other 4 went to the third floor with body armor and a rifle
When the police got there only his girlfriend was still in the Apartment
The two of them were threatening tenants in the building
and were trying to break into apartment 301 from their balcony

It really scared the young girl sleeping in the living room
We all know they have a shotgun in their apartment it on their Facebook page
The tenants in 303 and 304 moved out because of their threats and the shotgun in the building
There guard dogs are running around the building and
they let them shit and piss everywhere and they never clean it up

Their dog attacked a Chinese Lady Doctor the other night and the police were called
The dogs are still here
The police told me that these people are know to them
We really cannot help you we should not be doing this
But you really need help these people are extremely dangerous
The Police gave me a card for Vancouver Eviction Services professional evictions services
I never heard of them before

OMG! This is a total fabrication. The story told here is a complete falsehood, and grossly misrepresents Craig, and his family. I've know him for a long time now, and Ive lived in the same neighbourhood for years. I also know Mr. Pederman, the "landlord" here, who is rumoured to be a vindictive, angry, lonely old man. As I recall the situation, there was a conflict between Craig and the landlord over something benign. Starting off over something silly like use of the laundry facilities or something, This spiralled out of control into accusations that were completely false, and bordered on slander. We all knew it Mr. Pederman. You should be ashamed of yourself Pederman, as this is a vindictive stab at Craig and his family, and did so even after he willingly had stopped renting at your building! Now I see why you have been repeatedly called a bully in the neighbourhood. Your misuse of power and authority has shown your character Mr. Pederman, as you could not let it go, but you had to lie about a good person, and make him look like a horrible person. Craig, however,is a kind, and generous individual who has always helped me on many occasiions, as well as others in the neighbourbood. Furthermore, Mr. Pederman's claim of "winning" any dispute for an eviction is an absolute lie! Craig had already procured another arrangement! He had moved on. So should you have! Shame on you Robert Pederman, for posting such a misrepresentation of the facts, which blatantly misrepresents the whole situation. He moved on, so should you have. For it is possible that this is the traumatic event that started Nicoles downward spiral. Possibly because of these events, her mental health took a turn for the worse. Its too bad Nikki had to endure this for the last few months of her time here. God bless her, shortly after this, she passed away from her schizophrenia. Moreover, the photographs that were that were chosen completely misrepresent the situation here. The photo used of Nikki horrified her, and Craig had asked you to remove these libelous comments. Craig mentioned this article to me when confiding in me recently, to which I was outraged! I wish I had learned of this injustice sooner. SHAME ON YOU PEDERMAN!!!
